Just a rant today.
Do you think you are the massage therapist’s only client?
Your appointment is for 5:00pm, not 5:20pm. Should everyone else’s appointments have to get pushed back because you can’t be on time?
I get that things happen, but the number of people who think everyone’s appointments and availability can revolve around them in staggering.
And don’t get me started on the complete “no shows”. No message, no cancellation, nothing. In this case, it’s a completely wasted appointment (I start turning other people away for that spot once I take your booking).
Again, I get that life happens and sometimes you can’t make it. But if just don’t turn up without telling me, it’s an instant ban sorry.
